Nesa Trend Quality assures the quality of your processes, products, and systems in Türkiye.
The Nesa Trend Quality division has been established based on feedback garnered from years of collaboration with our valued clients. It serves as an independent quality control mechanism meticulously designed to safeguard our clients' commercial interests. By adopting a proactive and risk-based approach to quality, safety, and compliance, we assume the role of vigilant custodians, representing the interests of our clientele within Türkiye.
Our team comprises highly educated and experienced auditors who can be at the factory within 48 hours upon your request, conducting necessary inspections and promptly delivering reports on the same day as the inspection.
Our inspections can be conducted on a wide range of consumer goods, including but not limited to apparel, footwear, toys, electronics, and furniture.
More than just a testing, inspection, and compliance company, we consider ourselves partners to our clients. We approach them with integrity, leveraging our field expertise to instill confidence in the products they procure.
The quality of your products can be inspected at every stage of the supply chain:
from the sourcing of materials, to initial production to store shelves.
An Initial Production Check (IPC) is a comprehensive on-site product inspection conducted from the initial stages of production until approximately 20% completion.
During an IPC inspection, our inspectors meticulously assess the quality of raw materials and the initial items manufactured in the production cycle. These inspections are crucial for identifying any potential quality issues at the outset of production, thereby mitigating the risk of larger issues arising later in the production process
A DUPRO (During Production) inspection is conducted on-site when production reaches between 20% and 80% completion and the products are prepared for shipping.
During a DUPRO inspection, our inspectors verify whether the factory is adhering to your initial specification.
A pre-shipment inspection (PSI) is like a final check-up for your goods before they're all packed up and ready to go. We pick random samples from each batch of your order when production is about 80% done. It serves as the last chance to implement corrective measures before finalizing and packaging your production, rendering it a potent tool in shielding your product against potentially expensive import risks.
